Columbia Rovers has been accepted by AAA as an Approved Auto Repair facility. The approval process included on-site inspections, reviews of staff certifications and training, customer surveys, and more. AAA reviewed our 60 most recent invoices and surveyed customers based on Repair Quality, Timeliness, Estimate Accuracy, Vehicle Cleanliness, Facility Appearance, Customer Service, Communication, Dispute Resolution, Likelihood to Refer, and an Overall Rating. Our Customer Satisfaction Index came in at 98%!!!

Mark your calendars!!! Saturday January 24th is the GRAND OPENING of our NW Portland location and also our NINE YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!! We will have free food and drinks, vendor displays, special offers, and free stuff! Sunday January 25th we will be hitting the trail for some moderate off-roading. Stay tuned, more details to come.
