Team River Runner is dedicated to sharing the thrill of whitewater rafting and other outdoor sports with Disabled Veterans. We are honored to support an organization that empowers disabled vets to experience the very qualities of life that brought about the creation of Columbia Rovers. Columbia Rovers turned 10 years old in February! Stay tuned for details regarding our 10 year anniversary party to be held this summer, it will be even bigger than the 9 year party! Thank you to all of our customers for your support over the years.

Columbia Rovers will be hosting Bill Burke for a Camel Trophy Slideshow Oct 3, 6:30PM to 9:00PM. The slideshow and presentation will cover Bill’s experience as a Camel Trophy competitor in the 1991 Camel Trophy in Tanzania-Burundi. We will provide burgers and other food, guests are welcome to bring drinks.

The 33rd annual ABFM takes place over Labor Day weekend. Join us Saturday September the 5th for the car show from 10:00am to 3:00pm. You can register your vehicle at www.abfm-pdx.com/2009/registration.htm. We will be CLOSED for the day to allow our employees to attend.

Columbia Rovers Offroad is now online! We have created a new website dedicated to our own line of offroad gear as well as select components from our vendors. Please follow the link and check it out www.columbiaroversoffroad.com. You will find pictures and descriptions of our Land Rover bumpers, rock sliders, fuel tank skid plates, jerry can mounts, and more.

Columbia Rovers recently purchased a 2006 Land Rover LR3 to showcase products from select vendors as well as some new products that we are developing in house. Check back in a couple weeks for our new page dedicated to the build up of our LR3.

Columbia Rovers is now a MagnaFlow Exhaust dealer! MagnaFlow offers a wide range of quality Stainless Steel Exhausts and High Flow Catalytic Converters for Range Rover Classic, P38 Range Rover, New Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, Discovery, Discovery II, and the mighty Defender. We have already installed several MF exhausts on customers’ and our own vehicles with great results. The tone is deeper but not at all obnoxious. For our off-road excursion, we descended upon the unsuspecting Tillamook State Forest. With 18 trucks total, this was the largest excursion Columbia Rovers has led to date! We are happy to add that all 18 made it through everything Archers Firebreak had to throw at us. Some clearing was necessary following a windstorm but chainsaws in hand, we ventured on un-impeded.
